Drawing support from the revenue entries and the affidavit of grandfather, it is claimed that though the petitioner has substantiated his claim that he holds land for the purpose of opening Sewa Kendra (Public Facilitation Center) in question, the Collector, Buldhana has discarded the same thereby rejecting the claim of the petitioner for allotment of Sewa Kendra.

Issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 13/02/2024. 4.

The learned Additional Government Pleader waives service of notice for respondent Nos.1 to 3.

In view of aforesaid documents as the petitioner has prima facie demonstrated that he has land to run and manage Sewa Kendra, we deem it appropriate to direct respondent No.2-Collector, Buldhana in case the Sewa Kendra in relation to village Pimpri Khodri is not already allotted, to maintain status quo until further orders.
