In spite of service of notice, none appears for respondent no.2Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Gondia, for respondent no.3The Education Officer (Primary), Zilla Parishad, Gondia and for respondent no. 4-The District Health Officer, KTS Hospital, Gondia. As such, we saddled costs of Rs.2,000/-(Rs.Two thousand) each, for not responding to the notice issued by this Court. 2.
We post the matter for further consideration on 27.03.2024. 3.
Let the copy of this order be served by the petitioner on the respondent nos. 2, 3 and 4.

Apart from above, time and again, it is noticed by this Court that the matter in which Zilla Parishad, Gondia, is impleaded as party respondent, inspite of service of notice, nobody appears for the said respondent.

In this background, we deem it appropriate to direct the respondent no.2-Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Gondia, to file an affidavit explaining the aforesaid defaults and what corrective measures it is proposed to be taken so as to address the aforesaid issue. 6.
