The challenge to the order is based on the ground that the opportunity of hearing was not granted. After having heard for sometime, the counsel for the respondents, on instructions, submits that respondent no.5 is ready to give opportunity of hearing.

Statement is accepted.

In view of above, the writ petition is partly allowed. The order dated 08.06.2023 is quashed and set aside.

The matter is remanded back to the respondent no.5 for consideration afresh in accordance with law. The respondent no.5 shall, however, first decide the application dated 25.05.2022 (Annex F). 6.

Petitioners shall appear before the respondent no.5 on 29.01.2026. 7.
