Heard Shri. A. Potnis, learned counsel for the petitioners. 2.
The petitioners have approached this Court pointing out various illegalities allegedly committed while conducting the tender for implementation of "Swachh Maharashtra Abhiyan" vide tender notice dated 27.12.2018. The petitioners have sought various reliefs pointing out misappropriation of funds and consequently, praying for lodging of a First Information Report as well as appointment of an Administrator on Nagar Panchayat Ashti by respondent No.2.

A perusal of the petition and more specifically the legal notice at record page No.58 (Annexure-XII), which was issued by the petitioners to various authorities including the Collector, Wardha, reveals that the petitioners have pointed out the alleged illegalities in detail to the respondents and have requested appropriate action from the concerned respondents. However, the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the respondents have neither responded to the said legal notice nor taken any action thereon.

In view of the above, we dispose of the present writ petition with a direction to respondent No.2 - Collector, Wardha, to consider the said legal notice as a representation submitted by the petitioners and to conduct an enquiry into the allegations raised therein. The respondent No.2 to take a decision within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of this order. The decision taken thereupon be communicated to the petitioners within a period of two weeks thereafter. 5.
