We have heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner at length.

It really surprising that the orders dated 26/10/2018 and 16.11.2018 are not taken by the revenue Authority to its logical end till this date.

However, this Court is required to be sensitive to the judgment of the Hon'ble Apex Court in the matter of L and T Finance Limited Vrs. State of Maharashtra and others, reported in 2023 SCC Online (Bom) 931. 4.

In the aforesaid background, we deem it appropriate to direct the petitioner to appear before the Divisional Commissioner on 08/04/2024, who in turn shall pass appropriate orders keeping in mind the directives given in the judgment of the Hon'ble Apex Court in the case of L and T Finance Limited (supra), within 15 days thereafter.
