The contention of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that the validity certificate holding by their blood relation viz. Ramchandra Gajbe is discarded on the ground of absence of Vigilance Cell Enquiry.

According to him, issue is squarely covered by the Judgment delivered by the Division Bench of this Court in Writ Petition No.5832/2022 in the case of Gautam Parasram Gadmade Vrs. The Commandant, State Reserve Police Force, Amravati and others.

When confronted, he seeks time to file on record the Full Bench Judgment so as to assist the Court. 4.
