Since the petitioner has already moved to intervene in Writ Petition No.3950/2023 pending before the Aurangabad Bench, we deem it appropriate not to cause any interference in view of the principle of judicial discipline to be adopted.

As such, the petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to pursue his right before the Aurangabad Bench in pending petition.
