------------------------- CORAM : AVINASH G. GHAROTE AND ABHAY J. MANTRI, JJ. DATE : 20/03/2025.

1.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2.

The petitioner seeks directions against respondent No.4 to incorporate her name in the Prapatra-D List for Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana for the village Pimpalner. 3.

It is contended that the petitioner's family fulfilled the criteria of the scheme, so her husband's name was initially included in the said scheme as he was eligible. He died on 27.01.2019. Thereafter, respondents No. 5 and 6 sent a report to respondent No.4 that Ashok Aade died issueless. Then, respondents No. 5 & 6 prepared and published a Prapatra-D for the said village. Due to the non-inclusion of her or her children's names in the list, they made several representations to the respondents, but in vain. Hence, it is urged to include her name in the list of the said scheme.

2/2 8-WP-1071-2024.odt 4.

Learned AGP also submitted that after conducting an enquiry, it was found that Ashok Aade died, leaving behind a widow, three daughters and one son. However, the petitioner's name has not been included in the said list. In the reply, it is averred that respondent No.4 made a correspondence to respondent No.3 and assured to include the petitioner's name in the list as a beneficiary.

5.

Having considered the facts above, we hereby direct respondent No.4 to incorporate the petitioner's name in the Prapatra-D List for Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojna within a period of eight weeks from today if she is otherwise found eligible. 6.

The petition is disposed of in the above terms. No costs.
