The Petitioner is seeking declaration that she is entitled for grant of pension by considering her services from 13/07/1993 which is the date of her initial appointment as Balwadi Sevika. (2) On a specific query put to the learned Counsel for the Petitioner whether before filing this Writ Petition, a Representation under Rule 30 of the Maharashtra Civil Services (Pension) Rules, 1982 was made, the answer was in negative. (3) In the circumstances, we are of the opinion that it would be appropriate for the Petitioner to first approach to the Competent Authority claiming the relief as prayed in the present Writ ....ANSARI ANSARI....
