Heard Mr. Shende, the learned counsel for the petitioner. According to him, salary during the period from January 2017 to June 2019 is not paid to the petitioner as per the 7th Pay Commission. 2.

Be that as it may, since the issue is not decided, we direct the respondents to treat the present petition as representation and the same shall be decided within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of this order.

The learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to produce the copy of the present writ petition along with the copy of the order passed today before the concerned authorities within a period of two weeks.
