In this petition, this Court vide order dated 07.03.2024, directed the learned Additional Government Pleader to calculate the Payment of Interest payable to the petitioner and make statement accordingly. However, it seems that since last, March 2024, learned AGP did not calculate the payment of interest nor made any statement in the matter.

Therefore, as a last chance, learned AGP is directed to calculate the Payment of Interest and make statement on next date.
