Heard Shri S.S. Ghate, learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.

The petitioner has approached this Court seeking challenge to the impugned show cause notice dated 26th September, 2023 issued by the respondent No.1-Industrial Court, Mumbai on the ground that the caste claim of the petitioner was pending before the Caste Scrutiny Committee for adjudication.

Shri Ghate, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that during the pendency of the present petition, the Caste Scrutiny Committee has rejected the caste claim of the petitioner.

In view of above, nothing survives in this petition and the same is accordingly disposed of as infructuous.
