Heard Mr. Kumbhalkar, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. Uike, learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondent - State and Mr. Bhattacharya, learned counsel for the respondent Nos.3 and 4.

The claim in the petition is relating to the entitlement of the petitioner for selection grade pay scales, in terms of the Government Resolution dated 20.7.2021. The claim has been turned down by the respondent No. 2 on the ground, that the proposal sent by the respondent Nos. 3 and 4, had certain deficiencies, which is reflected from the communication dated 30.04.2024 as well as para 7 of the reply of the respondent No. 2, dated

That being the position, we direct the respondent Nos. 3 and 4 to send a fresh proposal complete in all respects to the respondent No. 2 within a period of two weeks from today. Upon receipt of the same, the respondent No. 2 shall consider the same in terms of the Government Resolution dated 20.7.2021 and in case the petitioner satisfies the requirements grant him such grade within a period of four weeks therefrom. 3.

The petition is disposed off in the above terms. No costs.
