Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.

The petitioner seeks direction of this Court to the respondents to initiate recruitment process as per the advertisement published in daily newspaper "Lokmat Marathi" (Annexure-A). The aforesaid advertisement was issued in February-2014.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondents have not undertaken the aforesaid recruitment process, pursuant to the aforesaid advertisement till today.

In view of the above, we direct the respondent No.2-Additional Commissioner, Tribal Development, Amravati, to treat the present petition as a representation submitted by the petitioner for the aforesaid relief and nd.thawre

2/2 decide the same within four weeks from the date of the receipt of this order.

The learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to furnish copy of this order, so also the copy of the present petition to the respondent No.2 within one week from today.

The respondent No.2 is directed to decide the aforesaid representation after considering the grounds raised in the present petition as well as the Government Resolution (GR) dated 16.11.2022, and the other GRs relied upon by the petitioner while taking the decision. 7.

The decision taken shall be communicated to the petitioner within two weeks from the date of such decision. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of in the above terms. No order as to costs.
