The respondent no.5 who happened to be an employee of the Management is allegedly taken away papers of the Society including that of muster roll of which the petitioner claims to an office bearer. The directions are sought against the respondent no.5 to produce on record such documents including the muster roll for which the petitioner has already approached the Police Authority. 3.

The counsel for the petitioner seeks time to satisfy the query of the Court that writ or order can travel to respondent no.5 and the Court, as such, can issue orders or directions to private individual in exercise of writ jurisdiction.
