Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.

The petitioner has approached this Court, seeking declaration that the shop in the name of the style of "Manohar Wine Shop", situated at Survey No.72/1, CBC Mall No.2, Upper Basement, Shop No.1,2,3 MouzaWadgaon Ward, Nagpur Road, Chandrapur is running unauthorizedly and has breached the conditions as laid under the Commercial Certificate dated 13.01.2016. 3.

In pursuance of such declaration, the petitioner has sought other ancillary benefits. However, perusal of the present petition and upon submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, it is revealed that the complaint dated 20.12.2022, which is at Page 42, submitted by the petitioner to the District Collector, Chandrapur, praying for such action is pending.

The learned counsel for the petitioner makes a statement that if such complaint is directed to be decided within stipulated period, the grievance of the petitioner shall stand redressed.

In view of the above, the present writ petition is disposed of with direction to the respondent No.3Collector, Chandrapur to decide the complaint dated 20.12.2022 lodged by the present petitioner, within eight weeks from the date of the receipt of this order. 6.

The learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to furnish copy of this order to the concerned respondent within two weeks from today.
