It is the case of the petitioner that she is being a married daughter of deceased employee who expired on 20-6-2021 as an Assistant Foreman, is denied compassionate employment.

The issue is informed to have been squarely covered by the judgment delivered by this Court in Writ Petition No. 5177/2022 wherein a reference is also made to the judgment of the Apex Court delivered in Special Leave Petition No.6766/2023.

In view of above, issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 10-4-2024.
