DATE : 10TH MARCH, 2025 Mr. Ghate, learned counsel for the respondents submits, that the claim of the petitioner, who is a married daughter for grant of employment on account of the demise of her father, has been rejected only on the ground, that the required documents have not been submitted, which were so directed to be submitted by the communication dated 26/09/2022 (Pg.24-a).

The question of grant of employment to a married daughter has already been considered by this Court in the case of Khushbu Sagar Chautel and others v. Western Coalfields Ltd. in Writ Petition No.5177 of 2022, decided on 27/09/2023, on account of which her entitlement is not disputed. We therefore, dispose of the petition by directing the respondents to consider the claim of the petitioner in light of what has been held in Khshbu Sagar Chautel supra. KHUNTE
