Having regard to the nature of prayers made in this petition, it would be better for the petitioner to seek his remedy by instituting an appropriate suit before the Court of competent civil jurisdiction.

Accordingly, we are not inclined to entertain the said petition. It is hereby dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to seek his remedy before the Civil Court or any other forum/Court which may be available under law.
