Against the order of termination the petitioner-employee claimed to have made representation/appeal to the Executive Engineer which is pending since 13.02.2020.

We deem it appropriate to dispose of the petition with direction to the respondent/appellate authority to decide the same expeditiously and in any case within a period of four months from the date of receipt of this order.

Needless to clarify that since the right of appeal is a statutory right, the petitioner should be granted an opportunity of hearing.
