The legal representatives of the petitioner have filed this application to bring them on record, as the petitioner expired on 19/12/2023. The applicants, being the legal representatives of the petitioner, are entitled to proceed with the matter.

In response, the learned Assistant Government Pleader has not objected to the same.

Hence, considering the reasons stated in the application, the civil application is allowed, as prayed. The applicants are directed to bring their names on record as legal representatives of the petitioner within a period of one week and supply a copy of the amended petition to the other side within a week thereafter.
