Vide order dated 24th February, 2025 the present application was allowed and the applicant was directed to bring names of legal representatives on record within a period of one week and to supply the copy of the amended petition to the other side within a week.

Today, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to inadvertence and oversight the same could not be done within time stipulated by the Court. He, therefore, seeks leave/extension of the period to carry out said amendment. 3.
In that view of the matter, in the interest of justice, the counsel for applicant/proposed legal representatives are permitted to carry out amendment in the cause title of the petition forthwith.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the
917-wp3136.24.odt 2/2 issue regarding signing authority has been duly considered by the State Government and vide Circular dated 21st January, 2010 the power has been given to the concerned Education Officer in case there is some dispute in the Management. 2.
Learned A.G.P. seeks some more time for seeking instructions in the matter.
