The limited grievance in the instant petition for a direction to the competent authority i.e. the respondent No.3 to decide the application dated 04.07.2023, which seeks compensation in respect of the claim of the petitioner, that the land bearing Gat No. 27, admeasuring 0.49 acres of Mouza Dhanora, Tah. Nandura, Dist. Buldhana, as prescribed in para no. 2 of the petition has been acquired. Keeping all issues open, we direct the respondent No. 3 to decide the application dated 04.07.2023, one way or the other in terms of the
