An innocuous prayer is made in the present writ petition seeking a direction to the respondents to decide the petitioner's representation dated 22nd February, 2021, which is at record page No.16 (Annexure-V).

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that despite the lapse of almost five years, the aforesaid representation is not decided by the respondents. 4.

In view of the above, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 - Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Buldhana, to decide the petitioner's representation dated 22nd February, 2021 within a period of eight weeks from the date of production of this order, if the same is not decided earlier.

The decision taken thereupon shall be communicated to the petitioner within a period of two weeks thereafter. 6.
