1. Heard Mr. Cleofato Coutinho for Applicant.

2. The challenge in the present petition is to the dismissal of civil revision filed before the District Court challenging the order passed by the Additional Director of Panchayat who granted an opportunity to the Respondent to file an application for regularisation of their illegal structure. Though on recording that such structure is coming within CRZ area, there is no question of even regularising it by the concerned authority.

3. He submits that such proceedings were filed only to delay the proceedings and demolition of the illegal structure.

4. Liberty is granted to place relevant documents on record within 28th June, 2024

WP 56 of 2024 one week.

5. Issue notice to the Respondent returnable on 18.07.2024.
