In addition, the Petitioners may also serve a private notice of this petition on the Advocate appearing for Respondent No.1 in the application 17th January, 2025

WP 61 of 2024 under Section 33C(1) of the Industrial Disputes Act pending before the Labour Commissioner, Panaji. The Labour Commissioner is requested to defer the hearing of the application pending before him for recovery to any convenient date after 22.01.2025, when the matter is now listed before it.
