This is in compliance with the part of the Decree passed against these Respondents and as submitted by the Respondent Nos. 2 and 3, in compliance with the Execution Proceedings. The contesting parties have no objection to release this amount which is due and payable to the Decree Holder i.e. Respondent No.1 herein, which shall be adjusted against the amount that may be due in the Execution Proceedings. Accordingly, the Registry is directed to transfer the amount of Rs.5,84000/- to the account of the 26th November, 2025
