Notices to Respondent Nos. 2 to 4 were issued on 07.11.2023 through the Civil Judge Junior Division, Sanguem. The office note shows that till date, service report is awaited.

2. The Registry to call for report from the Sanguem Court immediately through the Principal District Judge, South Goa.

3. In the alternative, the Petitioners shall serve the notices on the Advocate appearing on behalf of Respondent Nos. 2 to 4 before the Executing Court as Mr. Rodrigues appearing for Respondent No. 1 submits that Respondent Nos. 2 to 4 are the relatives of the Petitioners. 8th July, 2024

4. Accordingly, the Petitioners are permitted to serve the notices on the concerned Advocate appearing for Respondent Nos. 2 to 4 before the Trial Court.
