1. Learned Counsel for the Applicant seeks some time to take fresh steps to serve the Respondent. Since the Respondent stated to be working in U.K. and living abroad, issue notice to the Respondent through Registered Post AD at the address where he resides in UK, which shall be furnished by the Applicant within two weeks from today. Notice to be made returnable on 13.08.2025 at 2.30pm.

2. In addition, the Registry of this Court may serve a notice on the e-mail ID to be provided by the Applicant. Notice through e-mail shall provide a video conferencing link to the Respondent to enable him to attend the hearing by video conferencing.

3. In addition to the above modes of service, the Applicant may serve 2nd July, 2025

XFA 4 of 2024 the Respondent through a private notice which shall be served on the Advocate appearing for the Respondent in Matrimonial proceedings No.A/1507/2023 before the Family Court at Bandra, Mumbai. This notice may be served through Registered Post AD and by the Advocate appearing for the Applicant on the Advocate appearing for the Respondent.
