1. This is an application seeking transfer of Matrimonial Petition bearing No.A1507/2023 pending before the Family Court, Bandra, Mumbai to the Court of the Civil Judge, Senior Division at Panaji.

2. The record indicates that since August, 2025, none appears for the Applicant.

3. Order dated 03.02.2026 records that the erstwhile Advocate appearing for the Applicant has withdrawn his appearance. Thereafter on 05.03.2026 and 12.03.2026, none appeared for the Applicant. Hence, the matter was kept for dismissal today.

4. However, in the interest of justice, the Applicant needs to be 7th April, 2026

29 XFA 4 2024 informed about the proceedings in order to ascertain whether she desires to continue the present proceedings or not.

5. In view thereof, Registry to issue notice to the Petitioner. Process fees be waived. Notice made returnable on the next date of hearing.

6. Registry to report compliance.
