2. This is an application for transfer of proceedings filed before the Family Court at Bandra Mumbai by respondent to Civil Court at Panaji wherein Domestic Violence Act cases filed by the petitioner are pending. Ground in a petition for transfer is that the petitioner/wife is residing in Goa and is unable to travel to Bandra Court for attending the proceeding.

3. Issue notice to the respondents returnable on 24.10.2024.

4. Apart from regular service, service by all permissible modes is granted.
