These applications have been filed by the legal heirs of the deceased petitioner, Sadanand, who passed away on 17/08/2022, for the purpose of bringing their names on record as well as for condonation of the delay caused in filing the application to bring their names on record. 3.

For the reasons stated in the applications, and with no objection from the other side, both applications are allowed as prayed for.
