CIVIL APPLICATION (CAF) NO. 44 OF 2024 .

By the present Application, Applicant/Respondent is seeking to withdraw the amount of compensation. 2.

The learned Counsel for the Applicant/Respondent No.1 submits that the amount of compensation is Rs.4,79,398/-. 3.

Considering that the meagre amount of compensation is deposited, learned Counsel for the Applicant/Respondent No.1 seeks permission to withdraw 75% of the compensation amount. 4.

The learned Counsel for the Appellants, however, submits that an amount of Rs. 2,08,000/- was deposited before the trial court and the said amount has been withdrawn by the

FIRST APPEAL NO. 151 OF 2023 .

The parties are put to notice that the Appeal may be taken up for final hearing at admission stage. 2.
