The application is filed by the appellant-Insurance Company for condonation of delay of 334 days in challenging the judgment and award dated 10.10.2022 passed in Motor Accident Claim Petition (MACP) No.1422 of 2013. 3.

The learned counsel for the respondents/claimants despite appearance remained absent. However, considering the statutory rights of the applicants and the reasons mentioned in the application, the application is allowed in terms of its prayer.

The appeal be registered after removal of office objections, if any.

The application is accordingly disposed of.
