This is an application made by respondent No.1 for withdrawal of the entire decreetal amount, deposited in this Court.

In view of the facts stated in the application, the application is allowed. Respondent No.1 is allowed to withdraw 50% of the decreetal amount on furnishing usual undertaking and 25% of the decreetal amount on furnishing solvent surety/security.
