By the present Application, the Applicant/Appellant is seeking leave to bring on record the legal representatives of the Respondent No.5.

The learned Counsel for the Respondent No.1/ contesting Respondent does not have objection to bring on record the legal representatives of the Respondent No.5. He submits that matter may be heard on merit. Technicalities could be ignored.

Perused the Application. For the reasons set out in the Application, Civil Application is allowed.

Necessary amendment in the cause title of the Application seeking condonation of delay and First Appeal be carried out within a period of one week from today and amended copy of the Application as also the Appeal be served on the other side.

Issue notice to the legal representatives of the Respondent No.5, returnable in two weeks after the amendment is carried out.
