The present Application has been filed to permit the Applicant - son of the Respondent No.1, to withdraw the decreetal amount in terms of the order dated 30/11/2023 passed by this Court.

The learned Counsel for the Appellants submits that the Respondent No.1 is 75 years old and is unable to attend the court for verification. He has executed a Power of Attorney in favour of the Applicant, his son. The cheque in question has been drawn in the name of Respondent No.1.
