NO. 01/2024 DATED 08.05.2024 This pursis is filed by counsel for the appellant informing that vide order dated 30.01.2024 in CAF No. 313/2024, permission was granted to serve respondent nos. 2 and 3 by paper publication in widely circulated newspaper i.e. "Dinathanthi (Daily Thanthi)". By way of Pursis, the counsel states that the said newspaper is in regional local language and therefore the service upon the aforesaid respondents would not be effective in the said newspaper. Thus, the counsel wants to make paper publication in "Times of India", which is widely circulated newspaper in the area where the respondent nos. 2 and 3 are lastly known to have resided.

In view of the Pursis, substituted services be effected upon the aforesaid respondents by publishing notice in "Times of India" instead of "Dinathanthi (Daily Thanthi)". (D.P.
