CAF NO. 960/2024 in First Appeal No. 591/2023 Coram : Registrar(Judicial) Dated : 26.03.2024 This application is taken out for grant of permission to delete name of appellant no.2. It is stated that during the pendency of appeal, the appellant no.2 Rehnabee Mohd. Usam has left of heavenly abode on 27.07.2023 leaving behind her legal heirs i.e. appellant nos.

1, 3 and 4. Thus, the appellant prays for deletion of appellant no.2 as the legal heirs of the aforesaid deceased appellant no.2 are on record. Copy of death certificate of appellant no.2 is enclosed alongwith the application.

Since the application is formal in nature and supported affiddavit, the same is allowed. The appellant is permitted to delete the name of appellant no.2 from the array of appellants, at the risk of the appellants.
