This is an application for grant of stay to the impugned judgment & award dated 25.09.2019. Perused the application. The reasons have been stated in the application.

In view of the reasons stated in the application, subject to deposit of the entire amount of compensation within twelve weeks, there shall be stay to the execution of the impugned judgment and award dated 25.09.2019 passed by the 5th Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Wardha in Land Acquisition Case No. 07 of 2014 till final disposal of this appeal.
