Delay of 730 days is caused for obtaining the legal opinion and completing the formalities, etc. The delay is not deliberately caused.

Considering peculiar set of facts, it would be proper to allow this application in the interest of justice. 6.

The application is allowed. Delay of 370 days caused for preferring the appeal is condoned. 7.

The application is disposed of.

This is an application for permission to deposit amount as per the award.

Learned advocate for the appellant submits that cheque amount of Rs.19,22,320/- is ready. He seeks time to deposit the amount.

Two weeks time is granted to deposit the cheque.

After the deposit of amount, learned advocate for the appellant is directed to communicate this order of depositing the amount to the learned Reference Court i.e. Civil Judge, Senior Division, Wardha.
