This is an application for permission to withdraw the amount of compensation.

Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the land belonging to the applicants/respondent No.1 was acquired and they are waiting for compensation since the year 2006-2007.

Having regard to the contents of the application and submissions advanced, the applicants are permitted to withdraw 75% of the amount deposited along with accrued interest, subject to furnishing usual undertaking. 4.

In view of above, civil application is allowed and disposed of.
