By these civil applications, the appellant seeks permission to withdraw the amount deposited by the appellant.

Since, in the identical matters, 75% of the compensation amount has been allowed to be withdrawn, the respondent no.1 is permitted to withdraw 75% of the compensation amount along with accrued interest thereon on furnishing usual undertaking.

The verification of resondent no.1 is permitted to be done through her Power of Attorney namely, Harihar @ Harish Bhimrao Thakre. However, the amount of compensation permitted to be withdrawn be deposited in the bank of respondent no.1.
