JUNE 30, 2025 1) On perusal of the record, it appears that on 16/06/2025 and 23/06/2025, none appeared for the applicants/appellants, though the matter was called twice.

I would like to reproduce the order dated 23/06/2025, as under :- "1) On the second call, none appears for the appellants. 2) Perused the record, it appears that on the last date, no one appeared for the appellants, and today also nobody is present on behalf of the appellants. It appears that the appellant is not interested in pursuing the matter; however, to afford one more opportunity for the appellant to appear before this court, as a last chance, the matter is listed for an "admission or dismissal order" on 30/06/2025." 2) Despite this fact, none of the applicants or appellants appeared on the second call today. Thus, it seems that the applicants/appellants are not interested in pursuing the appeal. Hence, the application and appeal are dismissed for want of prosecution.
