Perused the application.

The learned advocate for the respondents/claimants pointed out the power of attorney executed by the claimants in favour of respondent No.1. He therefore submits to add the said by giving direction to the Registry.

Considering prayer, it would be proper to add following contents in paragraph No.6 of the said order as under:

"6. Registry is directed to pay that amount to the respondent No.1 who is power of attorney holder of other claimants i.e. the respondent Nos.2 to 10."
