(Passed on 13.09.2025) The matter is amicably settled, as a result that the appellant has withdrawn the Appeal by filing a separate pursis. The Appellant does not want to proceed further. In view of that, settlement is accepted. The Appeal is disposed of as settled. The apportionment of compensation will be as per the order passed by the learned Tribunal.

Court fee be refunded as per Rules.

The claimants are entitled to withdraw entire compensation amount, if any, deposited by the appellant in the Court along with interest accrued.
