The respondent sole has expired on 04.06.2021, intimation in this regard was provided by the learned Advocate for the respondent vide Pursis dated 01.08.2023 (Date is wrongly mentioned as 01.08.2021 in Paragraph 2 of the application). The application for bringing her legal representatives on record is filed on 28.11.2023. 2.

For the reasons mentioned in the application, that knowledge about demise was received through pursis, dated 001.08.2021, delay of 815 days in filing the application for bringing legal representatives of deceased respondent No.1 on record is condoned, abatement of appeal against respondent is set aside and permission is granted to bring the names of deceased respondent sole on record.

Necessary amendment be carried out on or before 06.02.2026.
