2) As per the application, the appellant No.1 has expired on 08/09/2019. The application is filed on 13/04/2023. In fact the application ought to have filed by the appellant to take steps for bringing legal representatives of appellant No.1 on record, nonetheless the respondent No.1 has filed application for the said purpose.
