This is an application filed by the appellant for bringing on record the legal heirs of the deceased respondent No.3.

According to the appellant, the respondent No.3 died on 5th October, 2023. This application was made on 21st October, 2023.

The legal heirs of respondent No.3 whose particulars have been provided in para 2 of the application are allowed to be brought on record. 6.

Necessary corrections be made within a week.
