Learned Advocate Ms. Ayushi Dangre for the respondent submits that Leelabai is died, death certificate is placed on record, and she has instructions to appear on behalf of her legal representatives i.e. Manohar Anandrao Khandait, Arun Manoharrao Khandait and Pradip Manoharrao Khandait.

She further submits that today itself she is ready to give addresses of remaining legal representatives of respondent-Leelabai.

Issue notice to the remaining legal representatives of deceased respondent.

Learned Advocate for the appellant seeks permission to serve the notice by RPAD/Speed Post. 5.
